Orders & Processing	All purchases typically process within 24-72 hours. Once processed, the delivery time is determined by the shipping method chosen during checkout. Pre-Owned Items
Exchange Warranty	All pre-owned items have been carefully cleaned and refurbished. Cartridges and systems are tested. If a pre-owned item is found to be defective, we offer a 10-Day Pre-Owned Exchange Warranty* on most pre-owned items and will exchange the product for the identical item. Please note that pre-owned disc format games may not include the original box and instruction manual. Unless stated as "complete", cartridge format pre-owned games do not include any type of box and instruction manual. *Some restrictions apply. See Exchange Policy below for details.
