EXCHANGE POLICY

OVERVIEW
We stand behind the majority* of our pre-owned items and offer exchanges for the identical item due to defects. Our Pre-Owned Exchange Warranty* lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your pre-owned purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your pre-owned item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your pre-owned purchase back to the manufacturer.

All Arcade Items & Arcade Cabinets
All Video Game Home Systems released prior to 2003

EXCHANGES
We only replace eligible pre-owned items if they are found to be defective. The following items are sold AS-IS and come without any warranty.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged pre-owned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be replaced with an identical item.

SHIPPING
Mail your purchased defective eligible pre-owned product to:

VideoGameX Pre-Owned Exchange Warranty, 7011 Warner Ave Ste E, Huntington Beach, CA, 92647, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

We may change this exchange statement at any time, but will alert you that changes have been made by indicating at the top of the exchange statement the date it was last updated. We encourage you to review our exchange statement to make sure you understand how exchanges are managed.
