Skills Necessary to Perform Retail Tasks and Duties (but not limited to)
Perform bank deposits and withdrawals.
Read 50+pages daily. Write English fluently.
Manage all Microsoft Office or equivalent programs with ease.
Knowledge of all upcoming video game retail release dates.
Manage Profit Balances with precise accuracy.
Manage online and offline inventory with precise accuracy.
Maintain website stock levels. Work directly with distributors.
Manage and organize community message board.
Clean, fix, and troubleshoot business equipment. Drive sales with ease.
Manage Payroll and Schedules. Hire and Fire.
Keep up-to-the-minute notes.  Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Manage telecommunications software.
Implement flawless shipping and receiving procedures.
Work independently and delegate responsibility with follow up.
Ensure readiness for major selling seasons including owning early preparation.

Position Responsibilities
Work within a team to manage retail tasks and duties. Generate enough revenue through creating and hosting in-store retail events to compensate the hourly wage worked within the store. Maintain a division and hold a chair on the Board of Directors within the corporation.

Corporate and Trade Qualifications (Management Positions)
Office Management: Human Resource, Accounting, Corporate Tax
General Knowledge: 20+ years of video game attributes and database history.
Production: Promotions, Event Organizing, Retail Sales, Data Entry
Experience: Tournament hosting within the video game industry.
Technical: Construction and teardown of electronic components and devices.
Marketing: Effective advertising campaign development and implementation.

Miscellaneous Information
Live Scan background check and past employment/reference verification is mandatory.

Must be able to work completely unsupervised and stand with confidence to make decisions that are the best for the overall success of the corporation.

Stock options are available after 3 years of the loyal service. No Fraternization with Subordinates.
